Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living. These include help with bathing, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, transferring and eating.
Perform assignments of Instrumental Activities of Daily Living such as light housekeeping, running errands, accompaniment to activities.
Follow state guidelines for medication reminders.
Report changes in a client's medical condition to Director.
Report any observed safety hazards to Director.
Arrie to all assignments on time and in professional dress.
Maintain confidentiality of residents and facility information.
Observe facility safety policies and procedures.
Follow infection control procedures.
Communicate effectively and professionally.
Respect Resident Rights at all times.
Complete required training initially and ongoing.'
