At Kirby Risk, a Customer Service Representative is a Multi-Faceted Role with Opportunities for Growth and Development!
As a CSR in the Electrical Supply Industry, you will work hands-on with customers and products, providing customer service excellence in one or more of these essential areas :
- Counter Sales (Front of Store)
- Inside Sales
- Warehousing
- Supporting and Partnering with Outside Sales, Marketing, and Communications
- Vendor Relations-Incoming and outgoing calls
