- Possess an understanding of electrical supply and distribution, vendor relations, and business development.
- Collaborate with Project Estimators after the job is quoted
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities
- Provide customers with submittals, shipping requirements, and manufacturer information
- Manage and maintain all projects through the assigned software for project tracking, billing, delivery dates, or special requirements
What is required to perform this job successfully?
- College-level coursework and/or equivalent 4 years of relevant work experience
- Understanding of business operations and processes
- Strong written & verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer contact skills
- Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong telephone etiquette and meeting management skills
- Listening effectively when others are speaking
- Effectively set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to report on the success of projects
- Ability to perform and retain various skill-related tasks, training, and operations
Preference will be given to someone with industry experience (Electrical Supply and Distribution) and demonstrated project management and customer service skills.
