If so, you will meet the following criteria:     Training, Teaching, and Mentoring Developing and updating processes and procedures Communicating and following up with multiple groups and functions Creating cross-functional teams and enhancing employee morale Starting shift meetings and creating/monitoring work assignments throughout the day Maintaining a consistent work-flow Electrical Distribution experience is a plus!   Role Requirements:    High School/GED or equivalent work experience 3 years warehouse and/or light manufacturing experience 1 year Kirby Risk, distribution, or wire industry experience Demonstrated examples of training/development skills Demonstrated commitment to quality control standards Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts/schedules Computer literacy with experience in Eclipse or WMS; Microsoft Office preferred Ability to demonstrate knowledge of processes and system functions while supporting standard operating procedures Ability to perform and retain various skill-related training and operations   What's the company culture like at Kirby Risk?
