Key Responsibilities :
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain the general ledger and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks.
- Provide accurate data for financial statement preparation.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient filing system.
- Prepare reports to meet deadlines.
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist with incoming calls and in-person client interactions.
