- Works jointly with Commodities Team and order writers to ensure order entry is accurate and includes all of the customer expectations to service requirements
- Schedules and releases all orders from Hold Queue based on commitment dates and coordinates demand into production schedule
- Have great attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities
- Review completed orders to ensure all expectations are met and completed per the order specifications and meet overall quality standards
- Be collaborative, consultative, team-oriented style with well-developed communication skills
- College course work or 1 years equivalent work experience
- 2 years’ experience within the industry
- Understanding of business operations and processes
- Strong written & verbal communication, interpersonal and customer contact skills
- Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong telephone etiquette, and meeting management skills
- Listening effectively when others are speaking
- Effectively set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to report on success of projects
- Ability to perform and retain various skill related tasks, training, and operations
