This role provides administrative support to the Manufacturing Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness team based out of the Service Center location in Lafayette.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Proactively assist with projects across the Mfg. Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness teams
- Perform administrative support tasks for the HR team including but not limited to, transcription, responding to phone calls, maintaining records, updating tracking spreadsheets and forecasting data
- Schedule meetings, trainings, interviews, and HR events regularly
- Champions monthly new hire orientations and onboarding
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly and quarterly safety meetings
- Engages Marketing team to produce collateral
- Assist with internal and external human resource inquiries from employees
- Work with community partners on events and scheduling facility tours
- Spearhead initiatives as assigned
- A college degree or 4 years equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience recruiting or interviewing
- The ability to work independently and maintain confidential information
- Demonstrated computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Confidence facilitating meetings
- Knowledge HRMS systems.
- Experience working with and compiling data
- Use of discretion in your daily interactions with all levels of the organization
