- Coordinate pricing, communicate product and vendor information, handle technical questions, and organize the complaint resolution process
- Maintain close communications with focus accounts utilizing available tools to manage, implement, model, and monitor pricing
- Help grow the market share of unassigned accounts, qualifying accounts for account managers, and promote E-Commerce customer service
- Be proficient and accurate when loading vendor cost changes
- Assist with all aspects of rebates: backup, loading strategic files, and configuring sell margins
- Learn quickly about electrical supply and distribution, vendor relations, and business development.
- Excel proficiency is required
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid mathematical skills
- Ability and desire to work (on a computer) for long periods without supervision
- Industry experience in Electrical Supply and familiarity with Eterm/Solar is a bonus!
- Extra points if you have SQL, Access, and/or Power BI experience
- Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
