Regional Property Manager - Property Management

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a diverse commercial property portfolio across five or more states. This role is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with company standards, property owner expectations, and tenant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Manage, train, and provide strategic guidance to Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Building Engineers, Day Porters, Fire Directors, and Greeters.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure Property Managers effectively oversee building engineers to address tenant requests and work orders promptly.

  • Property Maintenance & Enhancement: Oversee the upkeep of both interior and exterior spaces, ensuring high standards of appearance and functionality while identifying opportunities for capital improvements.

  • Site Oversight: Conduct on-site visits to each property two to four times per year to assess performance and ensure operational efficiency.

  • Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reports while optimizing financial performance.

  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with high-quality, dependable, and cost-effective service providers.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and life safety/NFPA protocols.

  • Contract Oversight: Oversee management and supplier agreements, mitigating risks for the company, property owners, and investors.

  • Safety & Compliance: In coordination with the Vice President of Property Management, educate Associates on safety policies and ensure adherence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven ability to provide exceptional internal and external customer service.

  • Extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis for commercial properties.

  • Demonstrated success in managing high-profile properties and leading diverse teams.

  • Strong vendor management experience with a focus on cost efficiency and quality service.

  • High energy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in business software applications, with the ability to quickly learn Yardi Accounting and Property Management software if not already experienced.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience with a strong professional track record will be considered.
