Job Overview: Kirk Elliott Precious Metals is seeking an experienced and competitive VP of Operations to manage and oversee all aspects of our firm’s operations. The ideal candidate will have senior management experience in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. The role requires outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills and an ability to develop innovative solutions that align with the company’s mission and culture. The VP of Operations will work closely with leadership to strategize and develop performance goals and long-term operational plans. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability by managing various departments, developing operational strategies, and implementing processes to optimize performance and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization
• Work closely with leadership to develop and meet the firm’s goals while ensuring collaboration across operational teams
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
• Draw on relationships with team leads and external partners to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
• Establish and maintain quality standards across all operational functions to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations
• Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the CEO and Founder
• Manage and develop managers and directors, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided
• Adhere to the company’s policies and standards, and ensure that applicable laws and regulations are being followed
• Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Seven or more years in a senior leadership role
• Preferred leadership experience with both in office and remote employees
• Proficient business acumen skills
• Exceptional knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software (CRM)
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on experience
• Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 per year
• Eligible for bonus
