About the Role

We are seeking a Luxury Retail Operations Associate to support our team in maintaining seamless store operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our stockroom, inventory, and sales floor meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory flow, including receiving and processing merchandise shipments.
• Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom to support sales operations.
• Prepare and ship customer orders with precision, ensuring quality standards.
• Utilize store equipment and technology for inventory management and processing.
• Support the sales team by ensuring merchandise is readily available and properly displayed.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in retail operations, inventory management, or stockroom management.

✔ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and time management skills.

✔ Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

✔ Ability to lift, carry, or move objects up to 25 pounds.
