We are seeking all levels of experience for Commercial Account Managers to support our service team for our agency’s middle-market to large commercial accounts. Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. Our Service Team members serve the purpose of being facilitators of Sales and Service by providing positive and favorable relationships with our valued clients.
Overview
The Commercial Lines Account Manager will play an integral role in driving our mission to deliver excellence in client service, policy management and policy retention.
Responsibilities
• To effectively, accurately, and timely manage a book of Insurance business.
• To grow client loyalty by building positive relationships and excellent service.
• To handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies.
• To maintain understanding markets, appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting procedures.
• To review all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy.
• To coordinate expiration list with department manager to obtain renewal business information.
Qualifications
• Three years minimum Commercial Account Management experience.
• Property & Casualty License
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Possess strong administrative and computing skills.
• Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, active listening, and problem solving.
• Possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and use discretion surrounding sensitive data.
• Ability to maintain a professional and benevolent demeanor and keep a positive attitude.
