- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in personal lines customer service role is preferred, especially in a call center environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems is essential for maintaining accurate records.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail to ensure effective communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
