Your role: As the Corporate Recruiter, your focus will be in recruiting and talent acquisition. You will source, qualify, and guide candidates through the interview/onboarding process.
This is an on-site position located in Sidney, OH with a consistent 40 hour work week Monday - Friday. There will be occasional travel to attend career fairs/hiring events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full cycle of recruiting consisting of attracting, screening, and onboarding of candidates
- Creating and updating job postings through ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Collaboration with team and hiring managers to meet staffing goals
- Implementing creative strategies to obtain talent
- Maintain a streamlined process to build talent pipelines
- Conduct background checks to evaluate candidates for consideration
To perform the job successfully an individual should demonstrate the following:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, phone etiquette and office equipment
- Knowledge of recruiting procedures and legalities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Qualifications:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work in Human Resources or Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
- Able to respond quickly and efficiently to ensure hiring needs are met in a timely manner
- Relevant business degree and/or SHRM certification preferred, but not required
