We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rental Manager to oversee our rental operations and enhance customer satisfaction. As a Rental Manager, you will be responsible for managing the rental process, ensuring efficient operations, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the rental department, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Support the sales team by maintaining an organized sales pipeline and providing necessary sales support.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in-person, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette.
• Negotiate rental agreements and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
• Promote upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
• Market rental services through various channels to attract new customers.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve overall performance.

Skills

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
• Familiarity with sales support processes and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Ability to upsell products and services while providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
