As a Junior Project Manager focusing on SOPs and process improvement, you'll be key in developing, refining, and managing workflows and documentation, ensuring efficiency, clarity, and consistency across teams.
Role Overview:
The Junior Project Manager (Process and SOP Specialist) will support creating, documenting, and optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal processes. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you'll work closely with various departments to ensure that our operations run smoothly while also having the opportunity to grow and learn within the company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
SOP Development & Improvement:
- Create, update, and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various internal processes across departments.
- Work with teams to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes to SOPs to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with team members to recommend and implement process improvements.
- Document new processes, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding.
Project Support:
- Assist in managing small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Support senior staff with project timelines, tracking, and reporting.
- Facilitate communication between teams and management to ensure project alignment.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience creating, organizing, or improving SOPs or internal processes is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Some experience in project management or process improvement is a plus but not required.
