Commercial Roofing Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our roofing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks related to Roofing projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

• Assist in various Roofing activities including Commercial, Residential, Shingles, Metal, TPO, PVC, Standing Seam, and coatings
• Execute Roofing tasks to ensure proper installation of systems.
• Participate in gutter installment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in roofing is a must.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
