ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the new account and process management platform (create and update workflows, create and condition forms)
- Manage the online account opening platform (review all applications, gather required documentation and follow-up as necessary)
- Become proficient with CIP and opening all types of deposit accounts in Business Process Manager (BPM)
- Open new accounts for various departments within the bank
- Revise, restyle, and complete maintenance on accounts
- Provide Notary Public services for customers
- Perform Customer Identification Procedures (CIP) for potential loan customers
- Back-up CDARS and ICS account opening and transaction processing
- Scan all necessary new account documents into the document retention platform
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to broaden customer banking relationships
- Maintain a good working relationship with all customers, employees and officers of the Bank
- Maintain current knowledge and constant compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
- Maintain current knowledge and constant compliance with other banking regulations and Kirkpatrick Bank policies and procedures

- Other duties and responsibilities assigned as necessary
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior banking experience required
- Fiserv Premier and Onboard Advisor knowledge preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
- Professional office environment
