What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Kirkwood Dental Associates, P.A.?
Our general dental practice, Kirkwood Dental Associates, P.A. is looking for an Office Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities will involve helping the Doctor implement the vision of the practice, overseeing the offices and staff, hiring and training employees, developing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing the hygiene and Doctors’ schedules, assisting the front desk with day-to-day duties, handling patient relations, and marketing for the practice.
Previous dental or medical experience is required, and previous management experience is preferred. Knowledge of Open Dental and QuickBooks are both a plus. Candidates must be strong communicators with great organization and management skills.
This is a full-time position, and office hours are Monday - Thursday. Benefits offered include health insurance, a 401k, Paid Time Off (PTO), paid holidays, and more.
