About the Position:
As a full-time Outdoor Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the full customer service experience specific to their business needs. This includes, but not limited to, coordinating with sales, production, and inventory of materials. Will be the point person for all inquires for current and new customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquires both by phone and email.
· Create a completed customer install packet.
· Schedule customer’s install dates.
· Update installation tracker which contains all critical installation details.
· Maintain customer service portal, Service Titan.
· Additional administrative tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is service oriented, outgoing, team player, detail oriented, positive attitude, eager to learn and grow, strong problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills. Must be able to multi-task to coordinate installation for multiple customers at a time. Should be proficient in Excel and data entry.
Requirements
· 2 years prior customer service experience. Preferably in a sales supporting role.
