The Outdoor Services Sales Manager will be responsible for selling our full range of products and services, as well as leading and managing the sales teams for Kirkwood Fence, Artisan Gate, Indian Creek Ironworks, and Bergfeld Recreation. This role requires a growth-oriented, passionate, and efficiency-driven individual to ensure success within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to enhance your skills of selling, boost sales, and effectively coach others to do the same
- Lead and develop the sales team for continued success
- Hire and train new sales team members within the organization
- Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Resolve customer issues and concerns with the team and customers
- Setting the price schedules, discount rates, sales quotas and goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and customers
- Provide excellent customer service to develop customer loyalty, enhance the brand's reputation, and drive business success
- Collaborate with sales, production, fabrication and customer service team for continued improvements and efficiency across the entire organization
Requirements
- Previous experience in management and outside sales to achieve and exceed company goals
