Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with qualified leads provided by the company with clients interested in enhancing their outdoor spaces.
- Meet with clients to assess needs, document site conditions, establish budgets, timelines, and create initial designs, closing projects with signed contracts.
- Sell comprehensive construction services including sustainable landscapes, hardscapes, patios, irrigation, lighting, and more.
- Aim to achieve annual sales targets of $500K, managing projects ranging from $5K to $50K .
- Cultivate positive client relationships, guiding them through budgets and proposal processes.
- Oversee project installations, addressing significant changes and ensuring project alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain a robust client pipeline and ensure timely proposal submissions.
