We are currently seeking a Regional VP of Retail Delivery to join Kirtland Credit Union! This is a regular, full-time, hybrid position based at our Gibson location in Albuquerque.

This is what we would like you to do:
Responsible for leading and inspiring and maintaining a highly effective team of retail managers as well as overseeing the financial and operational performance of all retail Delivery Channels. Actively ensure competent product knowledge, compliance, and application of all retail delivery channels (branches & remote) and Member Contact Center (MCC) team strategies, training, applicable systems, and processes to deliver the highest quality experience to the member. Drive strategic and targeted results, maintain operational excellence through collaboration, manage processes and tools, and continuously monitor the entire member experience, while executing strategies to optimize the experience. This will be accomplished through utilizing digital technology while engaging a positive change to support the strategic initiatives of the credit union.
Primary Job Duties:
- Leads, plans, and organizes for optimal daily operational excellence of all retail delivery channels and MCC in collaboration with all credit union functional areas through department managers.
- Effectively supervises personnel, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assumes responsibility to drive exceptional member experience.
- Assumes responsibility for Retail Delivery Channel & MCC Projects, Vendor Management, Policy and Procedures, and Sales and Incentive plans directly impacting the Retail Delivery channels and MCC.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience Required:
- Seven to Ten years of progressive, dynamic leadership experience.
- Five to eight years of branch and or call center operations experience in a credit union or similar financial institution. Branch experience will be given preferential consideration.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Thorough understanding of the Credit Union’s services and products.
- Thorough knowledge of branch and call center operations.
- Branch operations knowledge will be given preferential consideration.
- Thorough knowledge of branch and call center policies and procedures— understanding legal and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.
- Passion for leading and developing others.
- Proven ability to drive results through coaching and mentoring.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and solution-oriented skills are essential.
- Analyze data to connect operations and processes to affect the optimal member.
