Kirton McConkie has an employment opportunity for a highly motivated, detail-oriented paralegal to join our fast-paced religious organizations litigation team. This position will involve complex project management responsibilities and will assist attorneys with litigation cases. Responsibilities will include document management and organization of information, discovery, legal research, drafting of legal documents, correspondence between attorneys and clients, e-filing, providing proactive and advanced legal support and other tasks as needed.
Candidates must have the highest level of confidentiality and discretion, independent judgment, the ability to work with minimal supervision, critical thinking skills, be able to manage multiple matters, meet required work deadlines, have excellent writing and communication skills. Great interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, temperament, and stability are essential. Litigation experience is preferred. A Bachelor's degree and / or paralegal certificate is required.
