Job Title: Housekeeping Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Lead to join our team at Kisco Senior Living. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our residents and guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Inspect associates' work performance to ensure they are meeting our expectations.
- Schedule general cleaning before move-ins and after move-outs to maintain a clean environment.
- Investigate complaints about service and equipment to resolve any issues promptly.
- Arrange for services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
- Interview, hire, train, manage, and retain highly effective associates to ensure our team is top-notch.
- Remain updated in changing OSHA laws and other regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- High school graduate preferred with a strong focus on cleanliness and sanitation.
- Six months to one year of housekeeping experience with a proven track record of maintaining a clean environment.
- Experience working in a senior environment preferred to understand our unique needs.
