Strategic Leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Align IT services with strategic goals.
- Develop and execute scalable IT strategies.
- Drive innovation and enhance IT service delivery.
- Oversee technology infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, end-user computing).
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Align with SLAs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead IT support team for exceptional end-user support.
- Develop ITSM processes for consistent service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs for service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with standards and policies.
- Optimize the bank's cloud environment.
- Align IT operations with business needs.
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT team.
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and improvement.
- Guide technical staff on problem-solving and projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Prioritize and resolve customer requests.
- Collaborate for customer resolution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; master’s preferred.
- 10 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in financial services.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, end-user support, and service delivery.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management tools.
- Expertise in cloud computing, network architecture, and IT systems.
- Familiarity with core banking systems and IT compliance preferred.
