We are seeking an experienced Lending Services Manager to oversee and enhance our mortgage and consumer lending operations. This leadership role ensures the seamless execution of established lending processes while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan processing, underwriting, and system management, along with proven experience leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management: Supervise mortgage and consumer loan processing workflows, ensuring timely execution and compliance with all regulations and policies.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support loan processing and documentation teams, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure effective utilization of loan origination systems, including Encompass, Abrigo, and TruStage, and implement process improvements.
- Loan Expertise & Quality Assurance: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of underwriting, document management, and regulatory requirements while conducting regular reviews for accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies, address challenges, and drive improvements in lending services.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of leadership experience in lending or financial services.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows and drive process improvements.
- Experience working with loan origination systems such as Encompass, Abrigo, and TruStage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Physical Requirements:
- Primarily office-based role with moderate standing, walking, reaching, bending, and stooping.
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
