There is a full-time Trust Assistant position available at the Kish Innovation Center in Reedsville, Mifflin County.
The Trust Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations and administrative functions within the Trust department. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of the department, providing critical support to Trust Officers and clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and proactive. They will address various needs of the department, including managing securities trading, handling corporate actions, processing wires and ACH requests, conducting reconciliations, assisting with account setup and transfers, ensuring compliance with legal documentation, and supporting both internal and external client-facing activities.
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of experience in administrative work, trust operations, accounting, or financial services.
- Knowledge of trust accounting systems and financial reconciliation processes is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict regulatory compliance standards.
