Please note: this role is a full-time position that will require working outside of normal business hours. Availability between 7 am and 7 pm on weekdays, and 9 am to 12 pm on Saturdays is a must.
Essential Functions:
- Deliver exceptional service and responsiveness to meet the needs of both internal and external clients.
- Process daily transactions and provide general customer service with accuracy and efficiency through video banking technology.
- Assist with administrative functions, maintain customer files, and support bank operations as needed.
- Provide customer support using digital banking tools.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to mitigate risk.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a banking environment preferred.
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience preferred.
- Demonstrates professionalism across all customer interactions, including digital, in-person, phone, and written communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in problem resolution with demonstrated critical thinking abilities.
- Proficient in technology with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
