About the role
Kisi is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth by qualifying inbound leads and proactively reaching out to new prospects. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, a consultative mindset, and the ability to answer product-related questions to deliver value in every conversation.
You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive qualified pipeline growth and provide valuable insights to the Marketing Department.
What you'll do
- Engage with inbound leads and outbound prospects across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
- Engage with inbound leads and outbound prospects interested in Kisi’s Partner Programs
- Qualify leads using a consultative approach beyond traditional BANT criteria
- Educate prospects on Kisi's offerings, including hardware, software, and API capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs to AEs
- Conduct discovery calls and demo introductions
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and provide regular pipeline updates
