HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Kisinger Campo & Associates, Corp. (KCA) is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist in our downtown Tampa corporate office. This position is under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Manager. Ideal candidates will have experience in employee relations, HRIS systems, day to day HR administration and promotes a fun, family workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Day to Day HR Administration, assists with full employee lifecycle processes and HR projects
Cultivates KCA work culture & employee engagement
Maintains personnel records, HRIS database and reporting
Supports performance management processes and employee relations
Process new hire paperwork and conduct onboarding orientations
Conducts exit interviews
Attends monthly anniversary / birthday lunches and KCA employee events such as annual C elebration O f A wesomeness
Follow all company policies, procedures and guidelines.
EEO-1 Reports Annually
Update PE licenses in Deltek
Maintenance of PDHs for PE license renewal Vice President
Enter new employees into HRIS - Deltek
Update employee certifications and degrees in HRIS
Managing company vehicle accidents - includes reporting accidents to insurance company and management of repairs
Add / delete office locations with insurance broker and Deltek
Conduct background checks on all potential new employees
New Hire Reporting Florida / North Carolina / Texas
Submits Purchase Orders
Sends Sympathy / Anniversary / Welcome Cards and Flowers
Submits Check Requests to Accounting for employee memberships
Responsible for posting new positions on Job Boards
Occasionally represents KCA in company job fair events
Works closely with internal recruiter and involvement with interviewing final candidates
Serves as back up to Benefits Specialist input employee additions, deletions and changes to all benefits
Maintain supply of KCA merchandise for new hire welcome bags
Daily remote Bank Deposits
Requirements :
4-7 years HR experience
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
HRIS software proficiency
MS Office experience
Strong interpersonal skills
HR Certification is a plus PHR or SHRM-CP
