What are the responsibilities and job description for the KISMET EVENT PLANNING & DESIGN LLC is hiring: Breakdown Event Lead in Anaheim position at KISMET EVENT PLANNING & DESIGN LLC?
We are seeking the right individual to lead the breakdown team. The main duties are to assist in taking all the décor, staging, florals, and miscellaneous event props and properly set up events. After an event, you will repack the truck to return to the warehouse, and then unload material into the warehouse.
This job will require the following :
- Work graveyard hours (between 10pm-5am) and / or early weekend mornings for set up
- Have a means of transportation to and from the work site
- Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 50lbs by yourself
- Experience managing team members
- Load & unload the box truck in the most efficient & space-saving manner
- Handle all props appropriately (package, wrap, unwrap, load / unload, securely strap, etc.)
- Handle fragile vases and delicate décor items (including fresh florals)
- Take direction & follow directions
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude
- Give / receive constructive criticism
- Drive a 16ft box truck (preferred but not required)
PAYMENT : $175 Cash per breakdown, which is usually 4-5 hours.
