A small, passionate healthcare company overseeing the operations of skilled nursing facilities in Iowa and Nebraska is looking for a Regional Clinical Director (RN) who knows PointClickCare like the back of their hand and navigates quality care and reimbursement like a seasoned pro. This role requires an RN who can travel between our facilities in Iowa and Nebraska with the ability to step in as Interim Director of Nursing (DON) when needed. If you prefer a whole department approach versus silos and know the impact on care quality (and the synergy between leading team quality and financial balance), then this is the right job for you.

Ideal Candidate Qualities/Characteristics:
- Nurse Extraordinaire – Solid RN skills with experience successfully building and managing as a DON (5 years). Experience as a regional nurse is a plus.
- PCC Genius – You don’t just use PointClickCare; you know how to make it work for the team. (Nursing Advantage experience)
- Reimbursement Master – PBJ, PDPM, MDS, Medicaid, M/C A, M/C C or Advantage, Star Ratings, PPD – these aren’t just acronyms to you; they’re second nature.
- Strategic Leader – You don’t just put out fires; you prevent them – bringing out the best in the team and training those who may not be fully developed to be great caregivers/nurses. Leads by example.
- Compliance Savvy – You know the regulations and keep us ahead of the best-practice curve with processes, practice and policies, and procedure development and implementation.
- Team Builder – You develop strong nursing teams that deliver top-tier care.
- Flexible & Proactive – Ensuring smooth operations and cost-effective staffing. Ready to step in as Interim DON when needed, but with the team building and training to minimize the necessity of this.
