Marketing Management Trainee (Entry Level)

Kismet Management Inc is actively seeking a motivated Management Trainee (Entry Level) to work on Fortune 100 campaigns. The Management Trainee (Entry Level) position is a valued team member in the marketing and advertising department. This entry-level role begins with training that includes a comprehensive overview of basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. After completing training in each department, individuals are considered team leaders in the marketing department and developed into executive Marketing Management positions. The Marketing Manager Trainee reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.

Primary Duties of the Management Trainee (Entry Level):

• Conducts face-to-face sales in a variety of settings to impact sales results positively.
• Develops, supports, and executes field marketing and segment activities.
• Executes marketing campaigns and plans events based on expertise.
• Collaborates with clients to support their campaigns.
• Works with various corporate and field marketing managers to determine appropriate customized programs and strategies for different market segments.
• Provides coordination and project management to ensure event success.
• Attends events as required once in a management capacity.
• Monitors the use of existing sales tools.
• Provides input on requirements for additional tools.
• Publicizes events and works with Account Development to raise awareness and drive high attendance and participation levels by the targeted audience.
• Advises on new ideas to generate revenue for various clientele.

Successful entry-level candidates will be responsible for setting up and executing events throughout the area, representing our clients and products, which are the best in the communications industry.

• Establish personal goals consistent with company standards of marketing productivity.
• Learn to overcome objections, ask for the sale, and explain the promotion, expected outcomes, and services.
