Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. Position 1:
Range of Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Less than 25 hours weekly, flexible schedule is required as some weeks we may have a few hours available, and busy weeks we may have up to 25 hours available.
Position 2:
We may have evening hours needed immediately, we will update this on 4/7/25.
TBD:
Range of Hours: 5:30 PM - 7:00 AM Weekdays M-F
Less than 25 hours weekly
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning supplies.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Detail-oriented, friendly, professional, reliable, and trustworthy
- Able to work in a fast-paced team
- Capable of working on a 6-foot ladder
- Upholds a strong work ethic throughout the workday
Experience
- Previous experience for more than 6 months, in a cleaning or janitorial role is required.
- Must possess reliable transportation and be willing to travel between various locations
- General liability insurance must be obtained within 30 days.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
