1099 SUBCONTRACTOR POSITION

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. Position 1:
Range of Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Less than 25 hours weekly, flexible schedule is required as some weeks we may have a few hours available, and busy weeks we may have up to 25 hours available.

Position 2:

We may have evening hours needed immediately, we will update this on 4/7/25.

TBD:

Range of Hours: 5:30 PM - 7:00 AM Weekdays M-F
Less than 25 hours weekly

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning supplies.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Detail-oriented, friendly, professional, reliable, and trustworthy
• Able to work in a fast-paced team
• Capable of working on a 6-foot ladder
• Upholds a strong work ethic throughout the workday

Experience

• Previous experience for more than 6 months, in a cleaning or janitorial role is required.
• Must possess reliable transportation and be willing to travel between various locations
• General liability insurance must be obtained within 30 days.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
