Job Description Summary :
As a YouTube-centric company, we’re looking to fill the role of a YouTube marketer. The YouTube marketer will oversee the promotion of our YouTube channel and individual videos to ensure they align with the company’s overall marketing strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and launching a YouTube channel, conducting research regarding our target audience as well as the audiences of our competition, and optimizing videos to ensure maximum views.
Additional responsibilities include title creation to generate greater impact, maximizing exposure through the use of SEO and thumbnail selection, increasing the number of subscribers, and leveraging videos across other social media platforms for more views.
Job Description : Responsibility :
- Work closely with various YouTube business legal teams to support numerous marketing campaigns.
- Discuss and draft marketing and co-marketing, services, and sponsorship agreements. Create marketing templates.
- Advise on agreement interpretation, risk assessment / mitigation, and discussion strategy.
- Review marketing assets for copyright / policy concerns, perform training, and develop marketing policies to guide cross-functional teams and improve efficiency.
- Work with creative agencies, YouTube creators, talent representatives, media partners, compliance, and other legal teams to ensure Google policy compliance.
- Define and implement channel strategy, including long-term goals, go-to-market strategies, and key performance indicators within YouTube’s search engine.
- Manage channel content, including live-stream events, digital media assets, social media marketing campaigns, and owned / earned / paid media.
- Create, maintain, and promote channel content, including videos and other assets.
- Develop and oversee channel community, including channel moderators, marketing managers, and network of channel partners.
- Manage and enforce channel policies and guidelines.
- Supervise channel operations, including staffing, facilities, and equipment.
- Develop channel marketing strategy and implement tactics, including paid and organic search, social, and display advertising.
- Manage channel communications, including social media, blogs, and other owned / earned / paid media.
- Oversee channel business analytics, including reporting, analysis, and optimization.
- Develop and implement channel budget.

The anticipated compensation range is 21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
