Job Description
We are looking for passionate college or university students who are currently enrolled or will be enrolled in Fall 2025, majoring in a relevant field. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work 36 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM). The program will run for no more than 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 6 weeks.
Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end product development process for hair appliances—from concept to production
Help track product samples, coordinate testing timelines, and organize feedback
Conduct market research and trend analysis within the beauty tech/hair care category
Support the creation and maintenance of product specifications, tech packs, and development trackers
Participate in competitive reviews and benchmarking to identify innovation opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Quality, Sourcing) to ensure alignment on product direction and timelines
Coordinate packaging mockups, manuals, and testing documentation as needed

The anticipated compensation range is

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
