Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work 36 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM). The program will run for no more than 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 6 weeks.

Responsibilities
- Conduct brand research and competitive analysis across social media, retail stores, and websites to identify key branding strategies and best practices.
- Evaluate the branding of KISS’s existing brands, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in brand development by providing strategic recommendations for new brands in development.
- Summarize findings into case studies and actionable insights that support brand positioning and corporate brand equity management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to align branding strategies.
- Support the Brand Strategy Team in developing and refining brand portfolio strategies and brand guidelines for KISS.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
