Job Description Summary:
Offer support and technical assistance to customers who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests and remote access to their computers.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the onsite, phone, email or ticket system
- General Help Desk / IT Support (Warehouse PC, Printer, Label Printer, Networking, Service)
- Manage automation system and equipment and troubleshoot related issue. (Errors, Create Tickets, Upgrades and Monitoring)
- Manage WMS system (Engage WMS Team for cases like registering new printers, checking server availability, reporting issues)
- Hardware installation (Computer installs, Printer installs, network port configurations)
- Support Mobile device (application, hardware and create tickets)
- Vendor agency support (Wi-Fi, Printers, door system, ID Cards, DYMO Labels, Time Clock Installation / Suprema)
- IT Consumables purchasing and Planning (Printer Toner, Cables, Peripherals) and submit IT billing
- Manage IT assets thru IT Management Systems
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Install MS 365 office s/w products and manage accounts
- Other IT related tasks given by managers
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a help desk technician
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Strong communication skills. Korean - English bilingualism is preferred.
- Able to work on 2nd shift (3:30pm~12:30am)
- BS/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field

The anticipated compensation range is
19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
