Associate, Production Planning

Job Description Summary : As an eCommerce Product Sourcing associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and launching new products while optimizing our sales strategy across various online platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we source high-quality products and bring them to market effectively.Job Description : Key Responsibilities : Product Sourcing : Identify high-demand products and new market trends by conducting in-depth market research.Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors (both locally and internationally).Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality sourcing.Evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and financial status.Sales Strategy Development : Create and implement sales strategies tailored to different eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Tiktok, etc.).Analyze competitor products and pricing to stay competitive in the market.Optimize product listings, including SEO, images, and descriptions, to drive conversion rates and maximize sales.Data Analysis : Track product performance and sales data, using tools like Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, and Tiktok reports.Use data insights to optimize listings and improve conversion rates, advertising performance, and profit margins.Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches.Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize supply chain and fulfillment strategies.Qualifications : Experience : Proven experience in online sales, Product development and eCommerce product sourcing, ideally on platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Tiktok, etc.Strong understanding of global sourcing and manufacturing processes, including negotiations with international suppliers.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Tiktok, Shopee, Google Analytics, and other eCommerce tools.Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization strategies.Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and sales performance to make data-driven decisions.Communication : Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with vendors and suppliers.Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage external relationships.Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required with relevant experience.We offer a competitive benefits package!(
