The Junior Web Designer will report to the Art Director and will assist in the creation of digital assets for IVY Beauty's Brand website and digital assets. This role requires a creative individual with a passion for beauty and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all digital designs align with the brand's identity and strategy while enhancing the user experience across all digital touchpoints.

Job Description : Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and execution of digital assets for Brand websites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Copy, and E-Commerce Operations, to support digital design initiatives.
- Support the creation of wireframes, visual mockups, and conceptual features for presentation and approval.
- Adapt and optimize designs for a mobile-first approach.
- Help maintain and enforce digital design standards and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and competitive digital creative.
- Support brand-related design projects as needed, such as tasks involving brand guidelines or packaging.

The anticipated compensation range is
19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
