This opportunity arises in a practice known for its welcoming atmosphere, a small yet efficient four-chair setup that consistently attracts 50 new patients each month, supported by a thriving hygiene department. Our mission is simple yet profound: to provide exceptional pediatric dental care by a compassionate team, making every visit a positive experience.

- Specialized Services: Our practice offers in-office IV Sedation administered by a qualified pediatric M.D. anesthesiologist, with opportunities to work in hospitals or surgery centers as desired.
- Mentorship and Support: Enjoy the perfect balance of independence and support, with mentorship available from our network of pediatric dentists. This includes digital support for x-ray or chart reviews and in-person collaboration.
- Attractive Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $175,000

The Role:

Requirements:
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school, with a completed residency in pediatric dentistry.
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Florida dental license.
