About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide direct support to a business owner involved in multiple industries. This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to manage complex schedules, and a strong grasp of business operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who anticipates needs, works independently, and ensures seamless execution of tasks without the need for micromanagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Administration
- Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules with precision.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle confidential correspondence, contracts, and high-level documents.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Oversee email and task prioritization, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct research and compile information for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency.
Operations & Project Management
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and key stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Manage expense tracking, invoicing, and basic financial administration.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access.
- Handle logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Personal Assistance & Logistics
- Assist with personal appointments, travel planning, and household organization.
- Run errands and oversee personal and professional purchases.
- Provide support in coordinating family and personal commitments as needed.
Marketing & Communications (Bonus)
- Oversee social media, brand partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
- Draft internal and external communications, newsletters, or marketing materials.

- Experience in real estate, hospitality, technology, or marketing is a plus.
- Reliable transportation for occasional errands and off-site coordination.
