We are seeking Production Workers. The successful candidates will be self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes that can work independently as well as within a group setting to accomplish production goals while being organized and detail oriented.
Work Schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm ( OT as needed).
Your responsibilities will include:
· Perform Mold Setup, Pouring, and Cleanup: Remove curing tarps, open molds, remove product, clean mold and surrounding area, prepare mold, install reinforcement, close mold, pour concrete, finish concrete, clean mold and surrounding area after pour, and cover mold for the curing process.
· Standards Compliance: Follow industry and company standards to produce quality products using shop drawings (ability to read drawings and instructions is a plus).
· Equipment: Possess the ability to safely and properly operate basic hand and power tools.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
· Age Requirement: 18-years or older
· Skills: Proficient in reading and using a tape measure, math skills, reliable and punctual with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with a positive attitude.
· Experience: Preferred candidates will have either a manufacturing or construction background or equivalent experience, along with skills in blueprint reading and professional communications in a team setting.
· Location: Must be local to or willing to commute to the Lockport, NY area (no relocation package available)
