- Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus that meet dietary requirements and preferences.
- Train and mentor team members on food preparation techniques, safety practices, and customer service.

- Address any issues or concerns related to food service promptly and effectively.
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
