KIT is accepting applications for a Forklift Operator/Material Handler for our production facility in Caldwell, Idaho. Monetary and/or vacation days awarded every 90 days for good attendance. KIT offers competitive starting wages of $21-$23 DOE, $1,000 sign on bonus after 91 days of employment, $1,000 referral bonus; referral must be employed at least 91 days.

Responsibilities: :This position is responsible for loading, unloading, moving, stocking, and staging products and materials within the production plants. The selected individual will work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and safety focused.
Requirements:
- Prefer 1-5 years of experience working in an outdoor receiving yard environment with forklift use. Forklift certification preferred, but not required.
- Customer Service experience and the ability to communicate professionally with shippers, drivers, and internal departments.
- Will assist with checking in material, once received, and will put away material in designated area.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to move heavy materials up to 75 lbs. on a continuous daily basis.
- Ability to work outside in all seasons and in inclement weather.
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Must employ good judgment and prioritize safety always. Must adhere to all safety guidelines to ensure work is completed within safety and compliance standards.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions at KIT. Must be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure, as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
