What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Team Member (Ramen), Lombard position at Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai?
Our location in LOMBARD, IL is looking to hire:
[KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER - all shifts]

- Pay Range (approximate): $18.00 - $24.00/hour (※Range includes Tips)
Base Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour ( Tips)
Work Description:
- Prepare and cook food items in accordance with recipes and standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ensure that food items are prepared in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor inventory levels and add supplies to cooking area as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food items are prepared to customer specifications when special request come up
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

Our expansion into the US began in 2014 when we opened our first location in Costa Mesa, CA. Since our opening, we have received great feedback and support from many customers and have been fortunate to open several more locations with more planned soon.
