We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to design functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bathroom spaces. Your expertise in design, space planning, and product knowledge will contribute to the successful completion of projects and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to determine their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget for kitchen and bathroom projects.
Create and present design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, using design software such as 20/20
Select and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and appliances to meet design objectives and client preferences.
Develop detailed project estimates, including material costs, labor, and project timelines.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the design process, addressing client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance design skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen and bath design.
Proficiency in design software 20/20 is required
Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath design principles, including layout, function, and aesthetics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
