Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Interior Designer to assist clients in designing and customizing kitchen and bath spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, space planning expertise, and experience with design software. This role involves working closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to bring projects to life from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bath designs.
- Develop detailed floor plans, renderings, and material selections using design software.
- Provide expert recommendations on cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and fixtures.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Maintain knowledge of current design trends, materials, and innovations.
- Assist with showroom presentations and maintain an organized and inspiring workspace.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in interior design, preferably in kitchen and bath design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programs.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, and home renovation materials is a plus.
