What You’ll Do:
- Sales & Client Engagement: Identify and develop sales leads, build relationships, and guide clients through the design process to close sales.
- Custom Design: Use 20-20 Design Software to create beautiful, functional, and personalized designs.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams/project manger to ensure smooth project execution.
- Customer Experience: Provide a high-touch, white-glove experience from concept to completion.
- Networking & Growth: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and to industry personnel.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of retail design and sales experience, ideally in kitchen and bath design
- Proficiency in 20-20 Design Software, SketchUp/Layout or similar tools
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet/exceed sales goals
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Knowledge of social media platforms like Houzz, Pinterest, and LinkedIn

Preferred Qualifications:

Schedule & Work Environment:
- 8AM - 5PM, including some evenings & weekends
- On-site and client-facing role with occasional job site visits, some hybrid availability

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
